Christopher Carlin is the Chief Deputy of Uniformed Operations with the Niagara County Sheriff’s Department, with more than 24 years of law enforcement experience. Christopher Carlin is a thirty year veteran of the military, serving on active duty with the U. S. Army from 1976 to 1979. He has served in the NY Air National Guard and the Air Force Reserve since 1981. Deputy Chief Christopher Carlin is the author of Protecting Niagara: A History of the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office.

Ralph Boryszewski served five years in the US Army and then joined the Rochester Police Department (New York) where his law enforcement career spanned 27 years. Ralph Boryszewski is the author of The Constitution that Never was: How the American People have been Conned by Lawyers and Treason.

Lieutenant Albert Joseph, Rochester Police Department (retired), has over 32 years of law enforcement experience. During his career he worked a variety of assignments including the tactical unit, narcotics unit, detective bureau and homicide unit. Lieutenant Albert Joseph is a certified instructor in several states and has taught interview and interrogation for over 30 years. He is the author of We Get Confessions.
