Sex Offender Jose Gomez Added to NM Most Wanted

Albuquerque, NM – U.S. Marshals are looking for convicted sex offender Jose A. Gomez of Valencia County, NM. Gomez has an outstanding warrant in the State of New Mexico for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Gomez stopped registering as a dangerous sex offender in April of 2014 and has not been seen since. Jose Gomez has a violent criminal history and is a long time resident of Los Lunas, NM, and he is believed to still be in New Mexico.

Gomez has several tattoos on his head, neck, arms, and body. Gomez has the word “Nuevo” tattooed on the right side of his neck and “Mexico” tattooed on the left side. On the left side of Gomez’s head he has tattooed the word “Burqueno”. Gomez’s entire hairline is covered with several different tattoos of skulls and clown faces. It is unknown at this time if Gomez is wearing his hair long to cover the tattoos on his head. Gomez also has a tattoo of a Zia Symbol on his throat. Marshals have attached photos of Gomez both with and without hair.

U.S. Marshals are asking for your assistance in locating in Gomez. If you see Gomez please do not approach, Gomez is considered extremely violent and dangerous.
