COPS Office Announces Fifth Annual "Community Policing in Action" Photo Contest

The Office of Community Oriented Policing Services invites law enforcement agencies to submit photos of positive interaction with the communities they serve for the annual Community Policing in Action photo contest. Winning photos will be featured on the COPS Office website and its Twitter and Facebook headers for one month during the 2019 calendar year. They may also be featured in the COPS Office e-newsletter, Community Policing Dispatch, and/or a COPS Office-issued press release.

Each law enforcement agency may submit one photo that accurately depicts the department's community policing efforts by 8 p.m. Eastern Time on Monday, Nov. 5, 2018, by email at tellcops@usdoj.gov. Visit the COPS website at https://cops.usdoj.gov/photocontest for complete contest rules, terms and conditions along with frequently asked questions. Winners will be notified no later than Dec. 28, 2018, by email.
