Robbery of Wings Financial Credit Union in Minneapolis

On April 16, 2012, at approximately 10:40 a.m., a bank robbery occurred at the Wings Financial Credit Union located at 913 East Franklin Avenue in Minneapolis, Minnesota. A lone male entered the bank and approached the teller counter. Once at the teller counter, the robber displayed a demand note. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the robber fled from the bank.

The robber was described as a black male, who stood approximately 6’0” in height and weighed approximately 190 lbs. He was also wearing a dark hat, dark sunglasses, and a bright colored jacket.
