2 Suspects Sought by U.S. Marshals for Craigslist Scheme

Lafayette, LA – Two Romanian nationals are being sought by the U.S. Marshals and Department of Homeland Security for charges related to fraudulent activity associated with Craigslist and other classified advertisement websites. These two suspects have defrauded hundreds of citizens in Louisiana and other states totaling nearly $1 million in ill-gotten gains. Both suspects know of the pending charges and are running to elude capture.

Suspect #1 - Gheorghe Olar, DOB: 3/5/1965, 5’11” / 210 lbs

Suspect #2 – Dorin Racu, DOB: 3/20/1983, 5’10” / 170 lbs
