U.S. Marshals Task Force Arrests Homicide Suspect in Florida

Homicide occurred in Harrisburg in November 2015

Harrisburg, PA – Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the United States Marshals Service (USMS) Fugitive Task Force arrested Rajawn Alee Andre Moore – a 25-year old man.

Moore was charged by the Harrisburg Police Department with the November 13, 2015 death of Twame Evans. Allegedly, Moore shot Evans in the head while outside of OD’s Bar which is located in the 1500 block of Market Street.

Members of the Fugitive Task Force developed information that Moore had fled to Florida. Moore was arrested yesterday evening without incident in the 400 block of Blairmoore Blvd West, Orange Park, Florida. Moore is being held at the Clay County Jail pending extradition back to Pennsylvania.

United States Marshal Pane stated, “The coordination and cooperation demonstrated by law enforcement in this case ensured that an extremely dangerous and unpredictable murder fugitive was taken off the streets. It is our top priority to arrest violent offenders, especially those who have no regard for human life. It is my hope that the victim’s family will find some measure of comfort knowing that the alleged attacker has been brought to justice.”

The USMS worked jointly in this investigation with officers from the Harrisburg Police Department Dauphin County Probation and Pennsylvania State Probation and Parole.
