ALBANY, NEW YORK – Angelina L. Cedeno, age 35, of Troy, New
York, was sentenced today to 12 months in prison, to be followed by 3 years of
supervised release, for distributing heroin in Albany County.
The announcement was made by United States Attorney Grant C.
Jaquith and Janelle M. Miller, Acting Special Agent in Charge of the Albany
Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
As part of her guilty plea on February 6, Cedeno admitted to
distributing heroin in the Town of Bethlehem, Albany County, in August 2016.
This case was investigated by the FBI and New York State
Police, and was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Michael Barnett.
