ATF, NSSF Offer up to $10k Reward in Everett Pawn Shop Burglary



The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), the trade association for the firearms industry, announced a reward today for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the persons responsible for the Aug. 12 burglary of Pawn Fathers, at 6417 Evergreen Way in Everett, Wash., in which approximately 34 firearms were taken.

ATF is offering a reward of up to $5,000, matched by the NSSF for a possible reward of up to $10,000.

There are at least three suspects. Suspect 1 was wearing a blue hoodie and grey sweatpants. Suspect 2 was wearing a black or dark-colored hoodie with black basketball shorts and black knee-high socks. Suspect 3 was wearing a dark-colored hoodie with dark pants. All of them had their hoods over their heads, and at least two of them were wearing white masks At least two of the suspects had on white gloves.

The vehicle used to gain entry into the store was a red or dark-colored Dodge Stratus or Chrysler Sebring. Photos of the vehicle are attached. The burglary took place about 2:50 a.m.

This reward is part of a larger national cooperative initiative between the NSSF and ATF in which the NSSF matches ATF rewards in cases involving the theft of firearms from federally licensed retailers. ATF works closely with the members of the firearms industry to curb the criminal acquisition and misuse of firearms.
