Southern District of Ohio, Angela L. Byers, Special Agent in Charge, Federal
Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Cincinnati Division, Montgomery County Sheriff
Phil Plummer and Miami Township Police Chief Ronald L. Hess announced the
charges.
According to the indictment, beginning in at least January
2018 and continuing through May 7, 2018, Walker allegedly sexually abused a
minor in order to create child pornography. He is also charged with
distributing and possessing child pornography.

U.S. Attorney Glassman commended the investigation of this
case by the FBI, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office RANGE Task Force and Miami

is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
