Upcoming School Safety Conferences

Information is available on two school safety-related conferences sponsored by the School Safety Advocacy Council. A School Safety Leadership Academy will be held Nov. 10-11, 2016 in Palm Springs, Calif. The academy is a professional development course for U.S. and international law enforcement and educational leaders. The goal is to improve the administration of overall school safety strategies and to assure that school safety is a priority in the overall educational process. The 2017 National Conference on Bullying will be held March 1-3, 2017 in Orlando, Fla. Information for both conferences can be found at http://www.schoolsafety911.org.
