This sex offender should spend the rest of his life in prison. What are the odds of him actually serving the full 15 years? Once he is released the system is leaving it up to him to report to his parole officer or the police dept.? No the first thing that will happen he will look for a child to use for his sick, vile, fantasies that were pent up in his head. When is the government going to learn there is no "rehabilitation" for these inhumane predators. It sickens me that our laws don't protect children more. The only cure is keep a sex offender locked up for life.
