Robbery of Chicago Community Bank Branch

The Chicago Community Bank branch located at 52 East Lake Street, Chicago, Illinois, was robbed today around 1:30 p.m. The robber entered the bank, approached the teller counter, and demanded cash while threatening harm if his demands were not met. The robber implied he had a weapon, but none was observed. After receiving an undisclosed amount of money, the robber fled the bank on foot. No injuries were reported as a result of this robbery. It is believed this individual may be responsible for several other robberies of the same bank.
