International Association of Chiefs of Police Releases Brief on Adolescents and Law Enforcement

The IACP has released a new resource brief focusing on adolescents ages 15-19 and their interactions with law enforcement. Developed with support from the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, the brief addresses key differences between the development of the adolescent and adult brain and how this presents key challenges for law enforcement.
