Cincinnati, OH – The U.S. Marshals’ Southern Ohio Fugitive
Apprehension Strike Team (SOFAST) arrested fugitive Kevin Bolware on October 8,
2015 on an outstanding warrant from the Hamilton County Common Pleas Court,
Cincinnati, Ohio on a charge of Rape.
Bolware, 40, was wanted by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s
Office and the warrant was assigned to SOFAST. Bolware was indicted by a
Hamilton County Grand Jury for allegedly raping and assaulting a female victim
in the area of Reading Road in Cincinnati. SOFAST located and arrested Bolware
on the Rape charge in the area of the 600 block of Rockdale Ave in Cincinnati,
Ohio, and was taken into custody without incident. He is currently in custody
in the Hamilton County Jail in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Cincinnati’s SOFAST is a fugitive focused; U.S. Marshals
Service led task force consisting of local, state, and federal authorities
including the Cincinnati Police Department, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office,
Butler County Sheriff’s Office, Colerain Township Police Department, and the
Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.
U.S. Marshals are the nation’s primary fugitive hunting
organization and capture more federal fugitives each year than all other law
enforcement agencies combined.
