U.S. Marshals add Albuquerque Double Murder Suspect to New Mexico’s Most Wanted



Albuquerque, NM - The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a Double Homicide that occurred on August 15, 2016 at 10:30 pm at 2904 El Charro SW, Albuquerque NM. The offender, Eric Ferrer, has an arrest warrant for 2 Counts of Homicide, Assault with Intent to Commit a Violent Felony, and Shooting at and from a Motor Vehicle. United States Marshals Service Southwest Fugitive Investigative Taskforce (SWIFT) is assisting the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office in the investigation and apprehension of this extremely dangerous and violent fugitive. The United States Marshals Service has added Ferrer to New Mexico’s Most Wanted Violent fugitives. Due the severity and violence of this incident the U.S. Marshals Service is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the apprehension of Ferrer.

Ferrer is a member of the Southside street gang and has a lengthy violent criminal history. PLEASE USE CAUTION! He should be considered armed and extremely dangerous as past contacts with Law Enforcement have been extremely confrontational.
