Las Cruces, NM - On 6/23/2017 wanted Fugitive Hoyt Lynn
Inman was spotted entering the Mesilla Mall. New Mexico State Police was
notified and located Inman attempting to find a place to hide. Inman seemed to
realize that there was nowhere to hide when he began running and was quickly
surrounded by police. Inman gave up and was taken into custody without further
incident.
Inman was wanted by the NM Department of Corrections for a
Probation Violation for Burglary of a Residence/Larceny. Due to his violent
history, this fugitive was considered a dangerous, especially towards law
enforcement.
Inman has an extensive violent Criminal History and has
multiple convictions for Possession of Controlled Substance, Paraphernalia, DWI
& DUI. Prior charges include Aggravated Assault upon Peace Officer with a
Deadly Weapon Resulting in Great Bodily Harm or Death, Child Abuse, Battery of
Household Member, Resisting or Evading Arrest, Contempt of Court, Burglary of
Vehicle, Residential Burglary & Aggravated Battery on Peace Officer.
