THE DISCOVERY CHANNEL IS SEEKING PROFESSIONAL SKIP TRACERS / INVESTIGATORS / TRACKERS FOR NEW TV SERIES, DISAPPREARED

Looking to hire professionals who track people for a living. Best candidates will join a team of on-screen investigators for this new, unscripted TV series.

LOS ANGELES, January 17, 2011 – The Discovery Channel and Pilgrim Films and Television, Inc. (the producers of American Chopper, Dirty Jobs and The Ultimate Fighter), are seeking to identify investigation specialists to hire as on-camera talent for the new, unscripted series Disappeared.

In Disappeared, contestants are challenged to “go underground” -- to become untraceable and hide in the heart of a major city from a team of investigators. The best investigators for this show should have dynamic, outgoing personalities and be highly accomplished in a field that uses skills useful to tracking missing persons or criminals. For example: active or former government agents, private investigators,

skip tracers, military personnel, computer hackers, tech experts, psychological profilers, bounty hunters and urban survival specialists.
