FRESNO, Calif. - A Bakersfield, Calif., man has been sentenced to seven years and three months in prison for receiving child pornography as a result of an investigation by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations.
Timothy Dwayne Glenn, 44, was sentenced Tuesday by U.S. District Judge Anthony W. Ishii. Glenn, who has been in custody since December 30, 2010, pleaded guilty to the charges January 11.
This case is the result of Operation Direct Connect, an extensive series of investigations by ICE HSI, and the Central Valley Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Assistant U.S. Attorney Brian W. Enos prosecuted the case.
This investigation is part of ICE's Operation Predator, a nationwide initiative to identify, investigate and arrest those who sexually exploit children, and the Department of Justice's Project Safe Childhood, which marshals federal, state, and local resources to locate, apprehend, and prosecute individuals who exploit children over the Internet.

This hotline is staffed around the clock by investigators.
