Santelle, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, announced today that a federal grand jury has returned a four-count indictment against Marilyn Creapeau (age: 56), of Gresham, Wisconsin, charging her with theft from Mohican North Star Casino and Bingo in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1168. Creapeau was the manager of the Bingo section of the casino. Each count has a maximum penalty upon conviction of five years’ imprisonment and / or a $250,000 fine.

The case was investigated by the Stockbridge-Munsee Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney William Roach of the Eastern District of Wisconsin, Green Bay Division.
