FBI Most Wanted Update

The Wanted by FBI Baltimore page has been updated to include missing girl Phylicia Simone Barnes, who was last seen on December 28, 2010, at approximately 1:30 p.m., at a residence in Baltimore City, Maryland. Barnes is from Monroe, North Carolina, and was visiting relatives at the time of her disappearance.
