Philadelphia Man Charged with Making an Interstate Threat Against a Federal Official


Ruby Marconi, 57, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was charged today by information with making an interstate threat against a federal official, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.

If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of five years’ imprisonment, a three-year period of supervised release, a $250,000 fine, and a $100 special assessment.

The case was investigated by the FBI and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Joel D. Goldstein.

An information is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
