Austin, TX – Nasadeam Stewart, 19, of New Ellenton, South Carolina was arrested this evening without incident by the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force. Stewart was arrested at approximately 6:00 p.m., in the 8200 block of Hood Circle, in South Austin.
Task Forces officers were alerted to Stewart’s presence in Austin this morning by the U.S. Marshals Service in Columbia, SC. Stewart, along with Keith Antonio Williams, 21 and Kennard Thomas, 19, also of New Ellenton, SC, was part of a trio charged two weeks ago by Aiken, South Carolina authorities with the alleged attempted murder, discharging a firearm into a dwelling, and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime in Aiken. Aiken is located just north of the Georgia-South Carolina state line.
It is further alleged that Stewart was part of the trio that shot the victim and discharged several rounds in the victim’s home. The victim is expected to recover from a shoulder injury. Keith Antonio Williams is currently sought by law enforcement authorities and his whereabouts are presumed unknown. Thomas was arrested by South Carolina authorities shortly after the shooting.

Stewart was remanded to the custody of the Travis County Sheriff pending extradition to South Carolina.
