Webinar on Comprehensive School Safety Initiative: Grants to Develop Knowledge

A webinar will be held on May 13, 2014, at 1 p.m. Eastern time on a school safety grants initiative. In response to a congressional request, the National Institute of Justice has launched a research-focused initiative to increase safety in the nation’s schools. Approximately $47 million is available for schools to get grants for large- and small-scale projects that implement and test various approaches to enhancing school safety. Register for the webinar to learn how your school can partner with researchers to assess the effectiveness of projects to keep schools safer.
