May 19, 2010 - The FBI Bank Robbery Task Force needs your help in identifying a serial bank robber who is now suspected of robbing at least two banks located is suburban areas of Houston. The latest robbery happened at the Chase Bank, located at 7611 FM 1960 West, Houston, Texas, on May 17, 2010.
At approximately 1:50 p.m., the man entered the bank, handed a teller a threatening note, and then pointed a gun at the teller. The robber set the gun on the counter while he got his cash, then fled the bank. No one was physically hurt during the robbery. The bank’s surveillance cameras captured several photographs of the robber during the commission of the crime.
He's described as a white male, late 30s to early 40s, approximately 6’ tall, and 200 pounds. He wore a blue and white striped shirt and pants.
This robber is also suspected in the robbery of the Compass Bank located at 21015 Kuykendahl, Houston, Texas, on May 11, 2010.
