Photos Released from Both Bank Robberies
The Houston FBI Bank Robbery Task Force
is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the man who robbed the First
Convenience Bank located at 10306 South Post Oak Road in Houston, Texas,
earlier today. He is also suspected in the robbery of another First Convenience
Bank, located at 612 North Victory in Houston, Texas. Both robberies occurred
within a few hours of one another. Photographs from both robberies are below.
At approximately 9:45 a.m., the man
entered the first bank, displayed a hand gun, and verbally demanded money. The
teller complied and gave the man some cash. At about 11:31 a.m., the same man
is suspected of robbing the second First Convenience location. During this
robbery, he also brandished a weapon and verbally demanded cash. No one was
physically hurt during either robbery.
The robber was described a white male in
his late 30s, approximately 5’9” tall, 180 pounds, with a light complexion with
some acne scars visible and a full beard. He wore prescription eye glasses, a
tan baseball-type hat, and a blue button-down, long-sleeved shirt.
