Carl Anthony Goodwin was charged today by indictment with two counts of attempted bank robbery on July 30, 2010, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger. The indictment specifically charges that Goodwin was charged with attempting to rob: (i) the Citizens Bank, located at 6201 North 5th Street in Philadelphia , Pennsylvania ; and (ii) the Wachovia Bank, located at 601 West Erie Avenue in Philadelphia , Pennsylvania
