In the movie "Up" the boy wants to keep the talking dog. The old man says "No!" The boy, in a wide eyed gaze, exclaims, "But it’s a talking dog!"

This seems to be the case, with the book that contains the same (Authentic) report of the whereabouts of Usama bin Laden, that was sent to the President of the United States.
