Fort Wayne, Indiana – The United States Attorney’s Office announced the following:
Damarcus Johnson, 31, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was sentenced by Judge Theresa Springmann to life imprisonment and 10 years of supervised release after being found guilty at trial of possession with the intent to distribute 50 grams or more of crack cocaine, carrying a firearm during a drug trafficking crime and being a felon in possession of a firearm. This case was the result of an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives and the Fort Wayne Police Department. This case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Robert Trgovich.
