Johnstown Man Sentenced to 18 Years in Prison for Cocaine Trafficking
April 9, 2010 - Acting United States Attorney Robert S. Cessar announced today, April 7, 2010, that Henry James Logan of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, has been sentenced in federal court in Johnstown to 216 months (18 years) of imprisonment and six years of supervised release on his conviction of violating various federal narcotics laws.
United States District Judge Kim R. Gibson imposed the sentence on Logan, age 36.
According to information presented to the court by Assistant United States Attorney John J. Valkovci, Jr., on October 22, 2007, Logan distributed less than 500 grams of cocaine and also possessed with the intent to distribute less than 500 grams of cocaine.
Mr. Cessar commended the Federal Bureau of Investigation (Laurel Highlands Resident Agency) and the Cambria County Drug Task Force for the investigation leading to the successful prosecution of Logan.
